Screen Printing

Screen printing is the process of transferring a stenciled design onto a flat surface or garment using a mesh screen, squeegee and ink. Also known as silk screen printing the basic method involves creating a stencil on a fine mesh screen, and then pushing the ink with a squeegee through to create an imprint of the design.

Each colour in your design is separated and made into a stencil, stencils are then applied to the screens. Each colour requires its own screen which we then ensure that the registration is precise and all the colours line up.

The screen printing technique is widely used as it produces vivid colours that stand the test of time.

We produce the highest quality screen prints right here in Capalaba, Queensland.

Design and Artwork Requirements

Print ready artwork to be supplied as Vector EPS or Vector AI file, or a high resolution PDF.

Alternatively we can assist with your artwork here in-house to ensure it is print ready.
